I really like what you did with this project. When I first look at it I'm really drawn to the 'Communicators' in the middle. I really don't know what to critique about this picture other then I'd just make that white part a little smaller, but don't completely get rid of it. Maybe just take a couple more pictures and put those in there somewhere, and try a different font? I don't think this needs major fixing because I really like the way it turned out. It's simple yet creative.
